A Neat Basket is an item that, when equipped, has a 50% chance of doubling the amount of flowers found. During Easter events, it also has the additional affects of giving you a 50% chance of doubling the amount of eggs you find in shining bushes, and a 25% chance of giving extra eggs when exploring.
